At Smart Products Scandinavia AB / Smart Microfiber, we treat our customers’ and suppliers’ personal data with great responsibility. Such a reason could be if it is necessary to fulfill the customer’s order or delivery.

In order to offer our services, receive or place orders, deliver products and services, and manage invoicing, we process the following information:

Address details (visit, billing, and delivery addresses)
E-mail addresses

If you are a customer with a sole proprietorship or an individual, we also process your personal identification number and address details. The data is stored as long as we are required to do so according to the Swedish Accounting Act. We do not retain any data longer than necessary.

We always strive to maintain accurate information, which is why we correct, complete, delete, or anonymize personal data when necessary.
